Does the blend contain alcohol?
Yes. Our liquid extract uses alcohol as part of the traditional extraction process, allowing us to effectively draw out and preserve the beneficial compounds within the mushrooms.
The amount per daily serving is small and consistent with standard herbal tinctures. If you prefer to avoid alcohol entirely, this product may not be suitable for you.
The extract can also be added to hot water or tea, which allows some of the alcohol to naturally evaporate.
How long does one bottle last?
Each 50ml bottle provides approximately 3–4 weeks of daily use when taking 2 full pipettes per day.

I’ve been using this mushroom extract for a while now and honestly didn’t expect such a noticeable difference. The biggest change has been my anxiety and constant overthinking, things just feel calmer and more manageable day to day.
Sleep has improved massively too. I used to wake up multiple times a night, but now I sleep right through and wake up feeling properly rested, which has made a huge difference to my overall energy.

I have been taking this tincture for 3 weeks now and I have to say I was sceptical to start with even though I had tried Lions Mane previously without a huge noticeable difference. I am not sure if it’s the mixture of the 5 different types of mushrooms but this has certainly had a positive and significant effect on me. My sleep, better, deeper and restorative, my brain fog has gone and my thought process is so much clearer, I tackle things with so much more focus and clarity and I am sure that the amazing dreams I am having are actually clearing my mind of so much stuff that has been there, without my permission for so long. It’s so simple to add this to my daily routine, I take a full pipet each morning and my only fear is that I will run out so I will be adding this as a subscription to ensure I never do.
