Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. This is to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety for all customers.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@rhizoraroots.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will be happy to offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
For unopened and unused items, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few working days.
